Travel Technician - $1,891 per week in San Francisco, CA

Job Title: EEG Technician Job Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - EEG Tech Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30), Monday through Friday Guaranteed Hours: [Information not provided] Experience: 2 years required License: CA RN Licensure Certifications: BLS (AHA), ABRET Must-Have: Epic experience preferred, ability to travel between campuses, willingness for occasional on-call shifts including weekends or holidays Job Description: - Perform routine EEG, spot, 2-Hr, 12-Hr, 24-Hr, 48-Hr; EMU, EEG with intracranial leads, and ambulatory EEG on patients aged 0-100 years. - Conduct procedures for a variety of patient types, including scheduled outpatients, unscheduled inpatients, and emergency room patients with varying acuity levels. - Travel between different campuses as needed during shifts. - Occasionally scheduled for on-call duties 4-5 times a month, which may include a weekend or holiday. - Complete modules during orientation, averaging 1-5 hours depending on specialty, with time spent exceeding 16 hours being billable. - Use electronic learning platforms for module completion during orientation.
