Travel Nurse RN - ICU/Critical Care in Boston, MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Critical Care Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12-hour Nights, Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent MICU/ICU experience License: Registered Nurse license required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips Job Description: - Work in a 17-bed critical care unit with an average patient ratio of 1:2. - Provide care for patients with a variety of needs, including: - Respiratory failure - Renal disease - Alcohol withdrawal - Sepsis - Respiratory and cardiac arrest - Gastrointestinal bleeds - Required to take a telemetry test on day 1. - Preferred experience includes: - Radial artery sticks - Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) - Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification - Blood draws and IV skills This opportunity requires a skilled and experienced critical care nurse ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
