Travel Nurse RN - ICU/Critical Care in Boston, MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Intensive Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Nights, Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute hospital experience, at least 1 year of critical care, and 1 year of Level I surgical trauma experience. Neuro experience required. License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: - Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips - Required to pass a telemetry test on the first day - Preferred experience in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Job Description: - Provide intensive care for patients in a critical care setting - Care for patients with conditions such as kidney transplants, heart issues, free-flap neck dissections, neuro-critical situations, trauma, and other complicated surgical needs - Manage 28 beds with an average patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:1 - Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care - Flexible with scheduling requirements including nights, weekends, and holidays
