Your role as an Account Supervisor: As an Account Supervisor at Inizio Evoke, you will join as a valued member of our Account Management department with the opportunity to employ and grow your account management skills while mentoring junior team members. Your job will be to be accountable for the ongoing delivery of your client's suite of high-value projects with the versatile team. You Will:

Lead day-to-day client management of consumer package goods/OTC products. Partner with the project management team to manage the production of a range of digital and offline tactics such as digital, social, and videos. Lead productive and informed project kickoffs, holding all team members responsible for providing required documentation. Add valuable input to the brand planning process. Ensure the monitoring and capturing of competitive activities, and the development and presentation of ad hoc and scheduled reports. Participate in the development and presentation of the project brief and aid in the development of creative/strategic briefs and associated processes. Immediately flag any scope/budget concerns to the client before hours are incurred. With project management, be accountable for and present ongoing financial reconciliations. Work with project management and senior account team members to establish forecasts and ensure that financial goals are met/exceeded. With project management, be responsible for the development and presentation of SOWs. With the senior-level account team, aid in the development of strategic documents and recommendations. With the help of Account Director/VP and strategy group, develop client POVs. You Have:

4+ years experience in account management (general advertising or interactive advertising). Marketing agency experience required. Ability to deliver multiple high-value projects. Capability to develop meaningful client relationships. Strategic mindset including product innovation, category expansion, strategic research messaging, and audience segmentation. A passion for progressive marketing regardless of channel; experience with creative heavy digital, social, and video production. Willingness and comfort to present to small or large groups, both internally and externally. Compensation

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
