Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

DOT Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed December 14-April 5 for part-time locum position at an onsite Corporate Health clinic in Burley, Idaho. Provider will see employees for outpatient care such as sick visits, physicals including DOT physicals, chronic disease management, and light occupational medicine needs. Provider will work a Monday, Wednesday, & Friday schedule, with clinic hours of Mondays & Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm and Wednesdays 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch. Client prefers providers with 2+ years of clinical experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
