Our client is a dynamic and innovative company based in McLean, VA, dedicated to attracting top talent and fostering a collaborative work environment. They are seeking a motivated and experienced recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis.

Job Description: As a Temporary Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and looking to make a significant impact in a short period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.

  • Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • At least 4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour
