HR Technical Recruiter
LHH is seeking a Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experiencing recruiting in a corporate environment and sourcing candidates from external platforms. The ideal candidate will be able available immediately for a 1 year long contract in McLean, VA on a hybrid basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Deliver recruitment services following established processes, standards, and systems.
- Manage the recruitment process for challenging, specialized, and high-priority roles across diverse client groups, including technical and niche positions.
- Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on meeting time-to-fill objectives.
- Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for the talent pipeline.
- Demonstrate exceptional candidate and client management capabilities, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, including networking, cold calling, leveraging niche social platforms, and applying industry insights.
- Act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert to business leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and address root causes of complex recruiting challenges, offering solutions to resolve both immediate and long-term issues.
- Navigate ambiguous situations confidently, using expertise to make decisions and solve problems.
- Screen candidates, provide coaching to hiring teams, and negotiate successful offers.
- Lead and facilitate consensus-building discussions with hiring teams.
- Independently execute strategic initiatives in recruitment processes.
- Ensure attention to detail and accurate processing of requisitions and candidate information.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and consistently deliver results.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to source and manage candidates independently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily operations and maintain candidate relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Capability to work autonomously and meet hiring goals.
- 1+ years of experience collaborating with recruitment teams to define and implement sourcing strategies.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
