LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced recruiter to join a team in Gibsonton, FL for a temporary term. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience, preferably in a staffing company. 
 
Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates

• Post requisitions on internal and external job boards

• Draft and negotiate offers of employment

• Lead the onboarding process

Experience

• Minimum five years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional staffing

• Excellent communication skills

• High volume required

• Light industrial, warehouse, tech recruiting background required 

• Experience sourcing on indeed

• iCIMS highly preferred

Work Type

• Onsite, Full Time, Direct Hire

• Compensation: $60-70k

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
