Part-Time Administrative Assistant Needed!
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking? We're on the hunt for a rockstar Administrative Assistant!
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing data entries, mail merges, and handling calculations using Excel.
Provide support on various projects, assist with filing, photocopying, organizing office supplies, and more.
Organizing meetings, appointments, and team calendars.
Type, format, and edit documents in Word; assist in creating presentations using PowerPoint.
Managing inboxes, drafting correspondence, and responding to inquiries.
Keeping the office tidy and taking on additional tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years in an administrative role with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
A friendly, polished demeanor with excellent phone etiquette.
Someone who thrives working independently and can stay focused without constant direction.
High level of confidentiality, reliable, and customer-centric mindset.
A proactive, “no-task-is-too-small” attitude—you get it done with a smile!

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
