LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Customer Service Representative job for the corporate office located in Richmond, CA. This position is 100 percent in-office! The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, both in person and over the phone. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Make outbound commercial collection calls in a professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register and assist with payment processing.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer service goals and improve processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Accounts Receivable or Collections experience would be nice to have
  • Ability to make commercial collection calls and handle customer accounts.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
  • Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic cash handling experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be onsite 100% of the time (this is not a remote position).

Experience: 2 years of customer service experience
Compensation: $23.00 – $26.00
Employment Type: Temp to Hire (3/4 months temp)
