Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with an exciting new manufacturing client to recruit and hire an Accounting Manager for their facility in Memphis, TN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare financial statements per GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monitor financial performance
  • Oversee general ledger, tax compliance, and cost accounting
  • Develop and maintain internal controls; manage audit processes
  • Manage ERP systems, drive process efficiencies, support 401k and payroll functions
  • Provide direct management to three direct reports

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred
  • 7+ years of accounting experience
  • 4+ years in leadership or management role
  • Manufacturing industry background is required.
  • Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge
  • Expertise in ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar), finance/accounting software (Great Plains preferred) and Excel.

Our Client Offers:
  • Base salary in the 85k-100k range

Pay Details: 85,000.00 to 100,000.00 per year
