Accounting Clerk


Type: Full-Time

LHH is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk with a strong emphasis on accounts payable and assistance in accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and be proficient in data entry and filing, ensuring our financial processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.

  • Assist in accounts receivable tasks, including tracking payments and following up on outstanding invoices.

  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date financial records.

  • Organize and file documents to ensure easy access to important information.

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end close activities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts payable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
