Job Title: Bilingual HR Administrative Coordinator
Location: La Jolla, CA
Contract: Temporary (Minimum 2 months)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual HR Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in La Jolla for a temporary contract role. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and conducting initial candidate screenings
Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR administration or coordination is preferred
Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
At least 1-2 years of administrative and/or human resources experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Working Hours:
40 hours per week

Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
