Responsibilities This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work related to depot and retail ammunition supply activities. Work is assigned, recorded, and monitored by specific storage area and function, and oversight is prioritized in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. This work may require consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines. Assignments require: (a) A good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; (b) an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and (c) analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines. Work environment includes periodic overtime, exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions. Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening. Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain/maintain a CAC. Defense Ammunition Center (DAC) certification in: Ammo 28, 31, 45, 63, 64. 67. 68. 75, and 112. High School Diploma / GED. Must have physical requirements to include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching. Desired Qualifications: EAGLE Forklift Operators Permit. OSHA 10 General Industry. Valid driver’s license. Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $25.77.
