Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for being lead in analyzing data, generating insights, and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to optimize business performance
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets
- Utilize tools such as Python (Pandas DataFrames and accessing APIs), Azure (DevOps and Function Apps), PostgreSQL, QGIS and/or ESRI ArcGIS to perform data analysis and visualization
- Design and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, database design, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas DataFrames and accessing APIs), Azure (DevOps and Function Apps), PostgreSQL, QGIS and/or ESRI ArcGIS

- Experience with manipulating geographic data a plus, including use of Python libraries such as matplotlib to manipulate and present geographic data.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas DataFrames and accessing APIs), Azure (DevOps and Function Apps), PostgreSQL, QGIS and/or ESRI ArcGIS to perform data analysis and visualization.
• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus
• 6+ years of experience in business analytics
