We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Sr. Financial Analyst, based in Hartford, Connecticut. This role will be part of our healthcare industry team and will involve working remotely. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for data analysis, report creation, and financial system management. This position will require you to independently manage various tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake data extraction and manipulation tasks

• Handle ad hoc requests for data and perform detailed analysis

• Create and present slide presentations on various financial topics

• Conduct research within the system to obtain necessary data

• Run reports and provide data analysis for internal customers

• Handle queries related to headcount and requisitions, and present findings

• Participate in the implementation of the Strata system

• Work with the Oracle ERP system for various financial tasks

• Conduct variance analysis and answer related questions

• Participate in annual surveys, providing necessary data and analysis.

• Proficiency in business systems is essential
• Experience with Confluence is required
• Must be familiar with CRM tools and techniques
• Crystal Reports knowledge is necessary
• Must possess skills in Data Mining Techniques
• Experience with About Time software is preferred
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
• Auditing skills are a critical requirement
• Familiarity with budget processes is necessary
• Capital Management skills are a strong asset
