Job Description
We are seeking a talented Programmer Analyst to join our IT team at Flex-Tek in Cookeville, TN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining software solutions that drive our operations. You will primarily focus on .NET programming, SQL Server development, and supporting our ERP system. Experience in manufacturing environments will be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI for data visualization, and SSRS for report generation. Develop and maintain applications using the .NET framework and SQL Server. Design, code, test, and deploy software solutions based on business requirements. Support and enhance existing applications and integrations. Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Create and maintain SSRS reports for various stakeholders. Utilize Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in .NET programming and SQL Server development. Strong understanding of ERP systems; experience with ERPNext is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with SSRS for creating and maintaining reports. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information
