Summary: Our New York office is looking for an Associate to join the Business Analytics Team. The team is responsible for delivering timely sales reporting to the North America Intermediary client coverage organization and providing analytics to assist the sales management team in making key business decisions. The role requires a close collaboration with various functions within the organization, including Sales Data Management, CRM, IT, Finance, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities: Provide routine and ad hoc channel and territory reporting Analyze large volumes of transaction, CRM activity, and industry data Develop dynamic dashboards to deliver insights and drive distribution strategy for both management and field coverage teams Collaborate with sales management to develop metrics for key initiatives and implement them to monitor progress Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end planning processes Focus on enhancing, streamlining, and automating processes Prepare materials for ad hoc projects, including developing focused analytics, conducting industry research, and preparing presentations Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in business, analytics, finance or related field of study 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in a reporting and analytics role; asset management industry experience, particularly Intermediary distribution, strongly preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills; must be proficient in MS Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, or comparable tools; experience with MySQL, Snowflake, Python, and Salesforce.com preferred High attention to detail and strong business acumen Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
