Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter (Spanish/English)

Columbia, MD (On-Site) Overview: A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring with them a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and an excitement to support a company's mission of building a talented workforce while enhancing diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies. Conduct candidate outreach via multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Utilize ATS and HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus) to track candidate status and maintain data integrity. Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs as needed. Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, including EEO. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume hiring environment. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Familiarity with Paylocity or similar ATS/HRIS software is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
