Job Summary:

The Bilingual Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for the West Region will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent for Versova and its farms. This role involves partnering with site hiring managers across the West Region to identify staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, a strong network within the industry, and the ability to support regional hiring needs while driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the West Region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies that align with business needs. Source talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, industry associations, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and staffing firms when necessary. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Actively promote Versova’s employer brand and drive engagement through participation in job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach. Lead diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all positions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about recruiting challenges. High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles in different industries and geographic regions. Experience working with an ATS (e.g., ADP RM) Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for roles within the agricultural, manufacturing, or logistics industries. Knowledge of the West Region’s talent market and specific challenges. SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred. Work Environment:

This is an on-site, office, position with occasional travel to the West Region for recruitment events and meetings. Standard office hours, with flexibility based on business needs.
