We are seeking a talented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our client's recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and engaging top talent across social media, job boards, and direct outreach. With a keen analytical mindset, you will refine recruitment strategies using data and metrics. Join us in driving growth by attracting and securing top talent for our client's team.
Core Duties:
Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to extending offers. Conduct in-depth phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit. Organize and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for candidates. Actively identify and engage high-quality candidates using diverse sourcing methods to maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Extend offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer strategic recruitment advice. Stay informed on industry trends and continuously enhance the recruitment process. Handle various recruiting and HR administrative tasks as needed. What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-7+ years of comprehensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing platforms. Experience with Paycom is a plus Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Proven experience with diverse sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing and pipeline building. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Initiative and assertiveness in taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
