Position Opportunity The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to join our team. In this position, you will lead the full life cycle recruitment for Astro Pak in sourcing the best talent, while being an architect of our talent strategy to position Astro Pak as an employer of choice. This dynamic role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. From cultivating relationships with key talent pools to leading a team of passionate recruiters, you will be instrumental in creating a best-in-class recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment Leadership

Manage full lifecycle recruitment which includes posting, sourcing, prescreening, scheduling, background, references, offers, onboarding, etc. Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel as needed. Ensure hiring process is completed within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Develop appropriate recruiting marketing strategies and define roles and responsibilities of hiring team to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost per hire. Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates specific to Astro Pak’s needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring. Process and handle temporary employee requests and work with contingent labor vendors to track contractors and ensure adequate documentation is received prior to onboarding.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events. Foster relationships with educational institutions, industry groups, and professional organizations to enhance talent acquisition efforts. Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-up.

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing training, guidance, and performance management. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements and interview processes.

Process Optimization

Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring and employment practices.

Employer Branding

Partner with Marketing team to enhance Astro Pak’s employer brand. Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent. Represent Astro Pak at industry events, job fairs, and career expos.

All other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Education/Training/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent relevant job experience. High school degree required. Related Experience:

5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with previous supervisory experience. Human Resources Certification (i.e. PHR, SHRM-CP) credential preferred. Knowledge/Skills Abilities: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other human resources technologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Familiarity with high-purity cleaning, aerospace, or related industries a plus. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
