Job Title: Executive Assistant I
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Transaction Risk. This role requires a strong focus on execution and is integral to the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize effectively amidst a flood of information and requests. Monitor and track the VP's meetings, priorities, and emails, acting as proxy when necessary. Manage travel and expenses, including all administrative support functions for the office. Handle documentation, follow-up, and preparation tasks for the VP, ensuring timely action on deliverables. Complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance. React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Essential Skills
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance. Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to make smart and timely decisions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. High degree of professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company. 1-2 years of experience supporting management (VPs, or CEOs). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least two years of college required; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in executive administration or management support. Salesforce Management Experience (would be a plus but not required). Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle high volume priorities. Work Environment
This position offers high visibility to leadership and events within the company, providing career growth and exposure opportunities. The role is primarily independent, with some collaboration with the team and direct reports. The daily schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime expected. The work involves executive administrative support, including calendaring, scheduling events, budgeting, and vendor management. The environment requires adaptability and the ability to change course as needed throughout the day.
Pay and Benefits
