School Social Worker Position

Full Time | High School | $35 per hour|

• Position Type: Full Time
• Start Date:Immediate-end of the school year
• Pay Rate: $35/hour
• Caseload:High School, Mild-Moderate mental health, Crisis intervention
• Location: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Administer behavioral health screening tool and administer brief behavioral health assessment to determine the type and urgency of response
• Brief interventions for emotional support and regulation
  Obtaining and integrating information regarding a students behavior and supports necessary
• Provide short-term individual and small-group counseling services to students and provide appropriate referrals for students in need of more intensive services

• Masters Degree in Social Work required
• State license or certification in Michigan required
• Previous school social work experience preferred
• 310 and LARA master's licensure required
