Minimum ADN 4 years of experience Experience in step down level patients, understands charting and interventions as it relates to high reliability care, will support team efforts to continuous improvement Can identify early signs of a change in patient condition, experience with Cerner Common Diagnosis/Treatment: sepsis, severe chronic pulmonary issues, complex diagnoses Personality Fit: Willingness to work as a team, excellent attendance, be a problem solver not a finger pointer, upbeat and calm in difficult situations, willing to elevate issues as identified Schedule Information
Shift: Nights, 1845-0715 Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: Alternating, (6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule) No on call requirements Unit Specific Information

Willing to Preceptor CRRT is a Plus Will be expected to cover most holidays. No holidays off first contract
