Scheduling requirements: 12 shifts month (3 shifts a week). 4 weekend shifts Month. Department leadership completes the schedule around the RTO Floating policy: Floating will be on a rotation basis with Travelers floating first Patient Experience requirements: MyCare board are updated each shift during bedside shift report. Bedside shift report is completed at each change of shift Unit Specific Information
Number of Beds: 15 beds Patient Ratios: 4:1 Unit staffing description: 1-2 LNA support Type of equipment: GE Monitors, Hamilton Bipap and Hiflo, Baxter IV Pumps, Hemospheres Documentation system: Meditech Expanse Requested Skill Set Must have: Strong telemetry skills, Experience titrating vasoactive medication, Chest Tube Preferred or nice to have: Arterial Lines, Flo-Tracs, Temporary Pacing Procedures performed on unit: Temporary Pacing, Pre-op prep for cardiovascular surgery, Chest-tube removal, arterial line removal Additional Details
