BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Job Details
RN must have active WA or compact license with no more than 3 days of RTO anything more will not qualify for auto offer will have to send over as a screen. Minimum experience required-2 years, Screen for less experience & screen if no scrub experience. 10 hours shift; 9am to 730pm, 4 days per week (flex to 7am pending business needs) with call hours. Floating required to main OR. Circulate- General Surgery, GYN, Urology, brachy therapy, breasts, plastics, Max face, ENT, Eyes, General, Hematology/Oncology, Ortho. Mix of both inpatient and out patient OR cases. Job Requirements
Active WA license 2 years minimum experience in a surgical setting Required certifications include: ACLS, BLS Schedule Information

Complex patient cases in a surgical environment requiring strong clinical skills. Additional Details
Must complete EPIC modules within a week of orientation.
