Responsibilities: Requirements management for the entire developments lifecycle (scope management, elicitation, documentation and validation), process improvement, process integration, functional architecture, data modeling and technology design of large scale cross functional projects Drive Agile Project Management responsibilities serving as a Servant Leader - Sprint planning, sprint review, sprint tracking, conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospective, status reporting, backlog grooming and Managed Services (MSA) engagement model responsibilities Work with senior stakeholders in order to discover process inefficiencies and process risks Ensure quality delivery of various artifacts like project charter, business case, project plan, BRD, FRD, user stories, test plan documents, technology design document etc. Work with UX team to ensure optimal user experience Work with data analysts and architects to ensure database designs are consistent with information architecture and information management and industry standards Client relationship management with senior stakeholders across various lines of business to compile and prioritize enhancements to the system (maintained in JIRA) Interface with other system owners that have an upstream or downstream dependency Manage team of developers and quality testers to enhance and maintain tactical applications in BAU mode.
