Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a Business Analyst to develop a data quality framework that identifies pipeline health issues in real time, accelerates root cause analysis, and supports shipment forecasting-directly impacting Supply Chain Ship Goals.
What You'll Need:
- Expertise in Python, Databricks, and querying platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Familiarity with machine learning models (a plus)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytics
- Strong communication and project ownership skills
What You'll Work On
As part of Nike's Marketplace Supply Chain team, you'll address supply chain challenges using analytics, focusing on automation and self-serve solutions.
Who You'll Work With
You'll collaborate with business analysts, specialists, and enterprise data teams, reporting to the Principal Data Analytics Lead.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of Python, ML Ops, and analytics experience
- Strong coding skills with a focus on modular, maintainable practices
- Proficiency in data mining, MLOps, Streamlit, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS
- Knowledge of statistical models and agile development
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.59 to $47.33. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
