LetsGetChecked is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Product Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in B2B and Product Marketing, with a strong background in healthcare marketing and proven team leadership skills. The Senior Director, Product Marketing creates go-to-market strategies for all B2B verticals (health plan, employer, public sector, life sciences and provider) as well as products and services. This includes product positioning, marketing strategy and sales enablement to drive buyer awareness and desired business outcomes.
Responsibilities...Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align product marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Define and articulate the unique value propositions of LetsGetChecked products.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences in the healthcare sector.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer personas and buyer journeys.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless product launches.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives results.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and sales enablement efforts.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a spokesperson for LetsGetChecked at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
- Report regularly on product marketing performance to the executive team.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B and Product Marketing, with a focus on healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of successful product marketing leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours.
