We are seeking a talented and experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging their technical skills to drive productivity and efficiency within our organization. As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing sophisticated manufacturing processes and systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development of machined part fabrication, including materials, tooling, programming, simulation, layout, setup, execution and inspection.
- Oversee daily activities of department machinists
- Establishes and monitors staff performance and development goals
- Review and monitor individual part machining processes, proposing refinements
- Lead CAM program development
- Monitor and guide CNC Machinists ensuring compliance with specifications and standards
- Design machine and general fixtures within CAD to aid in fabrication processes
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in a technical discipline or a vocational/technical school degree, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of twelve years machining experience required.
- Minimum of ten years CNC programming experience utilizing CAM required.
- Minimum of five years inspection equipment required.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required.
