Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for May 15, 16, 17, & 18 at their onsite Corporate Health clinic in Columbus, IN. Provider will see all ages for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, & minor injuries. Acute episodic patients will be walk-in patients. Hours are 10:00am-6:00am on May 15, 8:00am-6:00pm on May 16, 7:00am-5:00pm on May 17, and 7:00am-11:00am on May 18. Full days have 60-minute lunch breaks unless otherwise stated by clinic. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment.
