Data Entry Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a corporate retailer in North Phoenix. This organization is in search of a temporary data entry clerk to join their team for at least 6 months. This job has potential to become permanent for the right individual. This role holds a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule, with hybrid potential after training. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into company systems, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, including sorting, filtering, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
