Data Entry Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a corporate retailer in North Phoenix. This organization is in search of a temporary data entry clerk to join their team for at least 6 months. This job has potential to become permanent for the right individual. This role holds a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule, with hybrid potential after training.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into company systems, ensuring high attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, including sorting, filtering, and reporting.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.
