Performs follow up audit testing to ensure compliance Responsible for self exclusion report testing May assist in writing communications as directed by the Regulatory Compliance Manager Acts as a liaison with the PGCB for Rivers Casino – Pittsburgh in regards to regulatory compliance related matters as directed by the Regulatory Compliance Manager. Other regulatory compliance functions as needed and directed by the Regulatory Compliance Manager. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred, or verifiable related experience on a year for year basis. Casino Experience preferred. Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Knowledge of auditing procedures. Possesses the cognitive ability to identify potential problems from information presented. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members of the organization Experience in Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Microsoft Word Ability to communicate with Team members and guests. Ability to read and interpret documents such as Internal Controls and manuals Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and view information displayed on a computer screen. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area. Must be able to get along well with all levels of the organization and excel in a team oriented environment. Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required. Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. Physical and Mental Demands: Frequently required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor
