Manage and oversee SEC filings, public and private securities offerings, and other securities-related compliance matters. Draft and review key legal documents such as prospectuses, press releases, and board consents. Collaborate with clients to provide legal advice on securities transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and compliance of securities-related documentation. Support the execution of complex securities deals, offering strategic advice and ensuring legal compliance with federal and state securities laws. Participate in client meetings, offering both legal and strategic counsel. Stay updated on evolving securities regulations and compliance requirements. Requirements
4-6 years of solid experience in securities law, including SEC reporting, filings, public and private offerings, and compliance matters. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Demonstrated experience in managing and executing securities-related legal matters. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment. Professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the California Bar is required. Skills
