Big Bend Community College (BBCC), a rural college serving vibrant, culturally rich communities in the Columbia Basin of Central Washington invites applications for a Director of TRIO EOC and Outreach in the college's Student Services Division. The Director of TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) & Outreach leads the development and implementation of outreach and recruitment efforts across the BBCC service district. The Director ensures that all high schools and communities within the service district are adequately served by department staff. The position coordinates with other BBCC departments involved with outreach, recruitment, and marketing. The Director must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and maintain a flexible schedule that includes some evenings, weekends, and regular travel throughout the service district. The Director of TRIO EOC & Outreach has extensive involvement with BBCC faculty, staff, students, parents, the public, and partner school district personnel to support the operation of BBCC programs.
