A law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel Attorney to join its corporate real estate practice in Walnut Creek, CA. This role involves directly advising clients, developing legal strategies, and contributing to the growth of the firm. Duties:
Provide legal counsel and representation for corporate real estate matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Collaborate with clients to deliver practical solutions to complex legal issues. Build and manage a client portfolio while contributing to the firm’s overall success. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters. Work closely with partners and legal teams to develop strategies tailored to client needs. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to corporate real estate. Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on real estate matters preferred. Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal abilities. Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Active member in good standing of the California State Bar. Skills:
Expertise in corporate real estate law, including transactional and compliance matters. Proficiency in legal research and drafting complex legal documents. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide strategic advice. Capacity to build and maintain client relationships. Familiarity with common interest developments is a plus but not required. This is a full-time, exempt position with business hours of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
