Corporate Attorney

A law firm in St. Louis is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have interest or experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, M&A, real estate, banking/finance, and/or other corporate matters. Strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility, and a commitment to client service and professional excellence are essential.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation on corporate matters, including business law, complex commercial transactions, M&A, real estate, and banking/financeDraft and review corporate agreements, contracts, and transactional documentsConduct legal research and analysis on corporate laws and regulationsAssist with due diligence for corporate transactionsParticipate in negotiations and closings for corporate dealsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team membersManage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counselingCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy development and implementationAssist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings and resolutionsStay updated on developments in corporate laws and regulationsRequirements:1-3 years of experience in corporate lawJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolInterest or experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, M&A, real estate, banking/finance, or other corporate mattersEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admission to practice law in the state of MissouriSkills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracy in legal workAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectivelyCommitment to client service and professional excellence
