Provide legal counsel on antitrust issues, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and merger clearance. Handle matters involving the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR), including overlaps or vertical relationships. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and co-advisors. Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents. Participate in antitrust litigation as required. Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in antitrust law. Strong background in merger clearance, counseling, and litigation. Experience with HSR matters is preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Must be eligible for admission to the D.C. Bar. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials are required. Certifications
Admission to the D.C. Bar or ability to obtain membership promptly. Skills
