Salary:
$310,000.00 - $420,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage antitrust litigation cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and client expectations. Advise on mergers and acquisitions, preparing and reviewing necessary documentation and supporting merger filings. Engage in detailed analysis and preparation for handling government enforcement issues in antitrust matters. Provide strategic counseling to clients on antitrust laws and regulations that impact their businesses. Collaborate with team members to prepare complex legal arguments and represent clients in court effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in antitrust law and contribute to the team’s overall strategy. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Minimum of 4 years of experience in antitrust law, preferably with a focus on counseling, investigations, and litigation. Bar certification in Washington, D.C. is required. Proven track record of managing large and complex legal cases. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings highly desired. Previous work experience in a government agency related to antitrust law is a plus. Demonstrated leadership in managing client relationships and complex projects. Ability to offer innovative solutions to legal and business challenges. Experience in cross-border antitrust issues is advantageous. Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships. Advanced project management skills, capable of leading teams and managing deadlines.
