What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our technical teams and drive the development and execution of our technical projects. Responsibilities: The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget while meeting the highest standards of quality. This position will also play a key role in developing and implementing technical strategies to support the company's overall business objectives. Support implementation of internal technical solutions and internal technical environment. Lead organization structures such as CMMI, process improvements. Lead and Support AWS and Cloud Initiatives. Provide management duties to PMs of technical projects. Provide and lead technical architectural discussions in support of proposals and partners. Proactive (strategic thinking coupled with anticipation skills). Able to assert influence in a strategic and effective manner. Master of time management (quick-paced; at the ready; capable of executing multiple efforts simultaneously). Demonstrates leadership and initiative. Demonstrates exceptional stress management skills. Capable of maintaining professionalism under pressure. Possesses strong emotional intelligence. Education/ Experience : 6 years of demonstrable experience as a Technical Project Manager. Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Master's degree strongly preferred. An AWS Certification is highly desired and will be given strong preference. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the AWS platform and its services, which is crucial for this role. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services is required. While knowledge of Microsoft Azure is acceptable, proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is strongly preferred. Background in Software Development/DevOps/Cybersecurity. Experience managing various contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF). Experience managing highly technical teams and understanding of associated capabilities and technology/tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent understanding and experience with MS project. Business Development Proposal Support (Tech Subject Matter Expertise).
