Job Description
  • Oversee and manage all finishing activities on multifamily construction projects, including drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and trim installation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction crews to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Ensure all finishing work meets safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality controls.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for finish work, ensuring timely completion within budget and addressing any delays or issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of finished work, identifying and addressing any defects or necessary corrections before project handover.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues, manage changes, and communicate progress throughout the finishing phase.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of Multifamily Construction experience
  • Experience with finish projects
  • Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
