Job Description

• Assist in managing daily operations on-site, ensuring project progress and adherence to timelines.
• Supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel, enforcing safety standards and quality control.
• Monitor material and equipment delivery, ensuring resources are available and on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, site logs, and progress updates.
• Address on-site issues and collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of Commercial Construction experience
• Commercial, Helathcare, andor Light Industrial experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
• Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
