As a Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader responsible for coaching and leading a team to deliver sustainable high performance, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.

Job Summary:

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to foster transparent communication; remove impediments to success; and lead, train and coach a team in the adoption and application of the Scrum framework for data-related projects. The ideal candidate will be Scrum certified and have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation, and experience with Business Intelligence and/or Data projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and Lead the Team:
    • Guide the team in adopting and integrating agile values and principles.
    • Organize and facilitate team ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Ensure the team completes sprint goals.
    • Provide guidance to the team and ensures all agile practices are followed by team members.
  • Facilitate Progress:
    • Assist the Product Owner in effective backlog management and prioritization.
    • Ensure the team has a clear understanding of goals, outcomes, and expectations.
    • Drive empirical planning, communicate progress, and track velocity.
  • Remove Impediments:
    • Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
    • Foster a collaborative environment and promote continuous improvement.
  • Promote Agile Values:
    • Encourage the team to embrace agile values, culture, and practices.
    • Motivate the team to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  • Support the Organization:
    • Work beyond the team to optimize value delivery.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
    • Help the team navigate organizational challenges and promote agile transformation
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching high-performance teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Proficient with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with business intelligence and/or data-centric projects and a deep understanding of Agile principles and values.
  • Leadership and management skills to lead the development team and scrum ceremonies.
