We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team.
Job Description: The Commercial Construction Superintendent will oversee projects in various locations across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large, commercial ground-up builds to ensure projects with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.

Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of multi-family renovation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and on-site staff to ensure work is completed to high standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Communicate regularly with property management, owners, and project managers to provide progress updates.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on residents.
- Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site to manage day-to-day operations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on multi-family renovations.
- Experience working with occupied properties is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in diverse locations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to travel frequently and stay on-site as needed.
