Sr Integrity & Compliance Specialist

Join a team that protects Honeywell against legal and regulatory compliance risks resulting from diverse business activities across the globe. This role in the Compliance Diligence Center of Excellence, in the Legal and Government Relations/Compliance and Governance Department, supports Honeywell’s regulatory due diligence program. The Compliance Diligence COE drives critical compliance processes across all Honeywell’s businesses and geographies, particularly in the areas of anticorruption, export controls, sanctions, customs/import, government procurement, ESG, and other assigned compliance risk areas. You will be part of a compliance diligence team that screens and investigates third parties and develops risk assessment and risk mitigation options to support compliant business conduct. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide guidance and support to business units on integrity and compliance matters Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies Lead investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on integrity and compliance Monitor and assess the effectiveness of integrity and compliance programs and recommend improvements ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
