The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with financial products and a deep understanding of the financial markets, particularly in the areas of investment banking, trading, securities, and related banking services. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing complex financial data, supporting system development, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that meet the needs of business stakeholders.

Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., CFA, FRM, or PMP) is a plus.

Experience:
- experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Securities Trading.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, derivatives (options, futures, swaps), and structured products.
- Experience with financial services technology platforms and software (e.g., trading platforms, order management systems, clearing and settlement systems).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and BASEL III.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, wireframes, data modeling).
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology for software development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings, document business requirements, and create clear reports and presentations.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen ability to analyze complex business problems and propose actionable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with financial systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Charles River, or similar.
- Knowledge of risk management and portfolio management systems.
- Familiarity with trading strategies and market-making activities.
