General Summary: Dolce Vita is seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to develop and implement innovative platform and creative content strategies to elevate the brand, drive channel growth, and increase community engagement and e-commerce revenue.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop social media strategies that maintain brand's unique tone of voice and aesthetic while consistently elevating brand's content/programming
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $90k - $110k. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
Major Responsibilities:
Develop social media strategies that maintain brand's unique tone of voice and aesthetic while consistently elevating brand's content/programming
- Develop and execute social campaigns that increase revenue and traffic, while portraying key brand pillars in innovative ways.
- Oversee Social Media Manager (management of content calendar, content deliverables, maintains all social network
- Lead concepting and ideas, motivate team to consistently deliver unique, social first brand content.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Ecommerce Teams to develop impactful Social Media marketing calendar that delivers business and brand results.
- Project management: Prioritize projects/deadlines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the brand, visual identity and target audience.
- Analyze data and performance, updating team on performance and optimizing strategies/content accordingly
- 3+ years of experience managing social media marketing, preferably with a fashion brand.
- Experience managing at least one direct report preferred
- Early adopter of new platforms, systems, and tools for creating content efficiently.
- Knowledge of and a passion for fashion, trending news, pop culture and social media topics that influence consumer behavior.
- Ability to use creative thinking and a data-orientated analytical mindset.
- Creative, strategic, and collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication/presentation skills; ability to write clear compelling content and use storytelling to build engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience as content creator with ability to shoot and edit content; ability to quickly and efficiently bring concepts to life.
