Implementation Program Manager

Summary
The Program Manager will report to the Director of Program Implementation, and work closely with the Growth team to support the successful implementation of CDI’s tools and resources on college campuses across the country. This position will focus on project management, data tracking, and platform support related to our implementation of programs on college campuses. The Program Manager will need to work cross-functionally to support partner requests and challenges, and to ensure data and systems are aligned from Implementation through the whole organization. This person will at times serve as a direct contact for partners, at the direction of the Associate/Director of Program Implementation. Beyond CDI’s higher ed programming, the Program Manager will also collaborate with the Directors of Partnerships and VP of Growth on project management and data tracking related to implementation within other sectors (high school, public service, corporate).
The position may require minimal travel, approximately twice a year for team gatherings.
Responsibilities
Implementation Support
- Support Director and Associate Director(s) of Program Implementation on implementation processes, including but not limited to program setup, roster uploads, contracting and renewals, email follow up, and relationship management. This work will include organizing and developing templates, tracking anomalies, and maintaining proper records.
- Work closely with the Product team to support partner requests and challenges.
- Build and manage project management tools for Implementation and other Growth initiatives in Hubspot, Asana, Google Drive, and other platforms, ensuring successful execution as the organization grows and scales.
- Coordinate internal tasks across multiple team members and departments, fostering collaboration, alignment, and shared understanding of processes, projects, and objectives.
- Identify process inefficiencies and areas for optimization in partnership management and implementation procedures.
- Support the Growth team on administrative and support tasks as needed.
Data Management and Analysis
- Update and maintain data in Hubspot, related to Implementation and Partnerships, in collaboration with the other Program Manager on the Implementation team. Aid in progress tracking, monitoring performance against OKRs and other metrics.
- Generate regular reports on partnership performance, implementation progress, and key metrics, communicating updates, challenges, and successes to internal stakeholders.
- Occasionally, support the Growth team in analyzing data patterns, in Hubspot and elsewhere, such as identifying success rates at various stages of the pipeline for each sector.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Growth team members and Content, Research, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless alignment of goals and effective execution of CDI programming.
- Foster open communication and coordination to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, partnership management, or related roles, ideally within nonprofit organizations, EdTech, higher education, or K-12
- Exceptional project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously; experience with project management tools like Asana to be able to develop thoughtful, efficient processes
- Proficiency in CRM software, ideally HubSpot, to be able to maintain complex data entry points and layers; bonus to be able extract insights and trends from data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- A knack for identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies through continuous process improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
