Provides desktop support and services to manage the Department’s information technology infrastructure. The applicant must have strong diagnostic skills and a desire to continually learn and master new technologies. The Department supports a Microsoft server environment with both Windows and Apple OSX clients. The Systems Administrator performs a wide variety of technical tasks including client and server computer diagnostics, maintenance, new builds, upgrades, software installations, patch management, and working with end users to provide trouble ticket resolutions that align with business metrics. Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements. Basic Networking Knowledge Familiarity with Hyper-V, Jamf Pro, and SCCM a Plus Familarity with Apple and Windows based Applications.
